Religious Beliefs & Health Information: Your prayer concerns field may contain sensitive information about your religious beliefs and health conditions (e.g., "cure for diabetes," "healing from depression," "recovery from surgery").

MyDua.AI is not intended for users under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately and notify the parent/guardian.

No Cookies Used: MyDua.AI does not use HTTP cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Local Browser Storage: We use localStorage to remember your analytics consent preference and sessionStorage to auto-save your form progress so you do not lose your work if you accidentally close the page. This data stays in your browser, is never transmitted to our servers, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Server-Side Analytics Only: We track user interactions exclusively through server-side SQLite logs, which contain no personally identifying information by default.
IP Address: We log your IP address for rate limiting and fraud prevention but do not use it for tracking across sessions or devices.
